How do I book?

You can book by emailing booking@chinawondertours.com. For urgent booking, please contact us on WhatsApp or WeChat: +86 15347723823. When booking, let us know your pickup location, destination, dates, and number of passengers.

How can I confirm my booking?

We will send you a booking confirmation via Email or WhatsApp/SMS with all details including driver contact information.

We are a large group. Can you provide transfer services?

Of course! Contact us with the details of your group and we will provide a customized quote with the appropriate vehicle size.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Card, PayPal, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Western Union, Wire Transfer, or cash. Usually, we require a 30% deposit to confirm the booking. You pay the balance in cash to the driver on the day. For some city limo services, full payment is required at booking — we will let you know at the time.

What size vehicle do I need?

  • 1–2 passengers → 4-seat sedan
  • 3–5 passengers → 6-seat minivan
  • 6–12 passengers → 17-seat minibus
  • 13–25 passengers → 33-seat coach
  • 26–40 passengers → 51-seat coach

Based on 1 person with 1 large suitcase. If you have more luggage, please consider a larger vehicle.

What is your cancellation policy?

Single-day use:

  • 3 days before: 100% refund
  • 2 days before: 50% refund
  • 1 day before: 20% refund
  • Day of service: no refund

Multi-day use:

  • 50+ days before: 100% refund
  • 20–49 days before: 50% refund
  • 5–19 days before: 20% refund
  • 0–5 days before: no refund

Special cancellation terms may apply for certain cities — stated at time of booking.

How do I meet the driver?

Our driver will hold a paper sign with your name on it. At the airport, meet at the arrival hall. For hotel pickup, meet in the lobby.

I can't see the driver at the airport. What should I do?

Sometimes it can be hard to spot your driver in a crowded arrival hall. Walk along the driver waiting area and look for your name sign. If you still can't find the driver, contact us immediately on WhatsApp or WeChat. Do not leave the arrivals hall using other transportation before contacting us.

Does the driver speak English?

Most drivers speak the local language. In major cities, we can provide a simple English-speaking driver — free or at a small extra charge depending on the city. Please specify this request when booking.

What if my flight is delayed?

Our driver will track your flight status and adjust the pickup time accordingly. There is no extra charge for flight delays. If you take a different flight, please let us know as soon as possible.

Are there mileage limits?

Most quoted prices are fixed based on your detailed travel plan. Full-day rentals without a fixed plan are typically based on 100 km / 8 hours. Extra kilometers and hours are charged additionally. Any parking and toll fees are payable to the driver on the day.

Can I drive the car myself?

No. All our services come with a professional driver. We do not provide self-drive car rental.

Should I tip the driver?

The price you pay is all-inclusive. Tipping is not mandatory. If you are happy with the service, a small tip is always appreciated.
